Shipping area

We currently ship to the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the U.S. or to international addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time and cost

Standard shipping: 3 to 6 business days. Express shipping: 2 to 4 business days. Express shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.

Tracking

Track your package at any time on our Track my order page or with the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number does not work, email support@getashless.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived 10 business days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
