This Privacy Policy describes how ASHLESS ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from getashless.com (the "Site").

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site ("Device Information"). Behavioral advertising

We use your personal information to provide targeted advertisements. You can opt out of targeted advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal at optout.aboutads.info, and through the ad settings of Meta and Google.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Data retention

When you place an order, we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
