We want you to try ASHLESS with zero risk. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of your order, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@getashless.com with your order number and the word "refund". We reply within 24 hours on business days and confirm the next steps. Depending on the situation we may ask you to return the inhaler; refills that have been opened do not need to be returned.

Refund processing

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees, when charged, are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order.
